How We Work

You’re a busy professional and have decided to look at investing in the stable UK property market.

Or you are considering a return to the UK and thinking of purchasing a business for your future.

Your first step is to complete our online registration and payment process. This will take you to a registration form and secure payment through WorldPay. We ask for a registration fee of £100 with your completed registration form. This registration fee will be deducted from your success fee, payable upon the satisfactory purchase of a property. The registration form invites you to provide us with details of your specific requirements. This is the sort of information we want to know:-

• Do you have any geographic preferences?
• Or a preference for a certain type of property for example, are you looking for commercial or residential properties? Do you want a shop or offices or a factory?
• How much do you have to invest?
• And what sort of return you are seeking on that investment?
• Is there anything specific you had in mind?

You will need to hold a UK bank account and we will need to have the details.

Once we receive your registration form and payment, we will start working on your behalf. We will send information to you by e-mail with property investment particulars that most closely match your criteria. We’ll give you an idea of the sort of property available, the level of anticipated returns and an indication of any associated costs such as management fees, etc.

You have time to review this information and instruct us if something is of particular interest.

We will then provide you with detailed information and agree a contract between us. We will also introduce you to our network of professional service providers, as required, and help you with each step toward a profitable property investment.

A success fee will be payable upon completion of a successful purchase. The success fee will be specifically tailored to each project, it will be 0.75% of the purchase price with a minimum charge of £500 and a maximum charge of £5000. This fee will be formally agreed in individual contracts but remember your £100 registration fee will be refunded at this time.
